Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers No. (42502184) and the date (1/6/1442), in which the letter of the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce is referred to for the protection of the consumer in charge No. (12669) and the date (5/5/1442), which includes the reference To the telegram of His Royal Highness the Minister of Interior No. (48805) dated (3/6/1442) ,The aforementioned referred to approving the recommendations of the working group formed to study the spread of the prospecting for gold and precious metals by unauthorized individuals, and instructing His Highness to take the necessary measures towards implementing the recommendations, including directing to generalize factories, factories, and stores of gold, precious metals, and gemstones to prevent the purchase of extracted raw gold From prospecting in violation of the system, following up on that, and applying the regulations issued in this regard to those who prove the resurrection of the violation.
Accordingly, the Council hopes that the concerned investors will abide by the instructions of His Highness to avoid the imposition of penalties in the event of non-compliance.
